I engaged Paradigm for some general plumbing work (system shut down for the winter) and subsequently for more significant work, including installation of a new water heater, automatic water shut off valve, and a new sump pump. Alan and his crew were great. They arrived when scheduled, provided a clear explanation of the work entailed, left a clean work site and billed in accordance with the estimates I’d received. Alan was professional and easy to work with and I would have no hesitation recommending Paradigm.
Working with Alan was a great experience start to finish. We needed a new hose attachment installed and the old connection capped after a pipe burst under our deck. He came by the same day I called to have a look at what we needed and provided a quote later that day. We set up a date for the work to be completed later that week and he and his apprentice got to work when they arrived. They made sure the project was fully completed, even taking the extra time to help set up our new garden hose and find a solution to another problem I was having. He was kind and polite, explained everything in detail so we knew what we were getting and how to maintain it moving forward....read full review
