My little one smacked her mouth hard while playing and the ER was worried that her one tooth might fall out and become a choking hazard it was 3 in the afternoon and we didn't have a dentist. Newbury dental told us to come right over! The team was so friendly and considerate of the rough day we had. We were in and out , insurance processed , baby examined and got the A ok all within 30 minutes. We were so thankfully for the quick appt after a long day and the reassurance of calling if we had anymore concerns. Very impressed!!

I had a root canal and it was a painless and much faster experience than I'd thought, plus after the freezing came out the was minimal pain and I went to the gym and did cardio training and expected to feel a pound in my mouth and there was no pain or sensitivity to hot or cold whatsoever!They are superstars over at Newbury dental and I've had many very painful and bad experiences with dentists in my life, I would recommend them to anyone that has fear of dentists being they have built my confidence in that respect and I am so grateful ?

My family including grandparents frequent Newbury Dental, and the reception we get as we enter the front doors is applaudable, as a bonus, they offer automatic billing. Coming from another office in Strathroy, they place their patients first, offering to stay after their closing time, for forms I needed to drop off.Dr Woo, his hygienist, and his receptionists are quick to explain procedures, and extremely thorough in their career paths, making me feel entirely at ease.I was pleasantly surprised when I was invited back to watch, my sons root canal permitting me to ask questions as needed, during a somewhat apprehensive experience for a teen.When visiting the office yesterday,...read full review
