Better than 30+ years of lifting caused some interesting crunches ,pops and mobility issues with my shoulders. Surgery was on the table. But, after seeing John, some great insight and treatment.....no surgery needed. Many many thanks

The first physio appointment after a total knee replacement was intimidating in advance. It needn’t have been. Christine’s easy manner and gentle manipulation was almost painless and made a difference I can feel already.

I have had a sore back for three weeks mostly due to arthritis and decided to try massage therapy.I looked for a place that was local and came across NHWC.I was impressed with the reviews and decided to give them a try.I was happy to get an appointment quite quickly and their hours suited my schedule.I was very impressed how nice and relaxing their facility is.I was more than pleased with Emily Ullman my massage therapist on her knowledge, explanation of what she was going to do and her great personality and sense of humour.I have rebooked another appointment with Emily and highly recommend NHWC for anyone looking for massage therapy.
