I've tried calling half a dozen other pest places and just never even call back. Twice now these guys have come and eliminated a stressful wasp situation around my house, they're always very thorough and explain what they're seeing and what they recommend and why, and have been successful both times. Great value and great service.
Jacob did an excellent job treating our carpenter ant problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what we could expect going forward. He arrived on time, was respectful of our home, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took during the treatment process. If you're dealing with pests, I would highly recommend Jacob. Great service and a very positive experience overall!
Rural Routes Pest Control provided excellent service with our unwanted guests in our attic above the garage. They responded the very same day we called, which was a relief. Shawn was prompt, professional, and clearly experienced – he assessed the area, identified that red squirrels and mice were getting in through the vents, and took care of the issues quickly and properly. I highly recommend using this company if you’re dealing with unwanted critters.
