I have a home in the country and have had the pleasure of having your representative Tanner keep the rodent issue under control for the past few years. Tanner has also gone and helped at my parents home as well and we couldn't ask for a more polite knowledgeable person giving us great service and peace of mind. Thank you Rural Routes and Tanner for your wonderful service and to the office for being so considerate with our booking times. Great experience! From the first communication, they were quick to respond and helpful. Due to some scheduling challenges on our end, they worked to make sure the technician could come quickly for us and accommodate. Our technician, Courtney, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She identified our little pests as well as where they were entering the building. She did a thorough spray of everything - inside and out- plus, she discovered our vacuum and zipped up all the dead bugs for us. (for which squeamish me will be forever grateful!) We had an Ant issue, These guys are Amazing and THOROUGH !!! They dusted twice and it definitely got them gone for a few days but we still had issues so they came and sprayed and since spraying we have noticed a couple here or there but not nearly as bad (it does take a few times from what i was told so super normal ) and they have been dropping left right and centre thank God! So so happy with this company and their knowledge as well ! Ontop of that customer service skills are quite excellent especially if you talk to Jacob :) I couldn't thank them enough i would give a million stars if I could but 5 is the limit
