We just bought a property from an estate with a pool that had been neglected for years. After battling the 'mud puddle' on our own for a few days I gave up and went to the experts at Shellin Pools (Napanee).As it turns out the gentleman that installed the pool originally was at the store and the knowledgeable staff was able to access the pool history file. I can't express how comforting that level of service and knowledge was to us.Thank you Anthony and the fantastic team at Shellin for brightening my day and ? our pool water ?

Update:I've since been able to use my deposit to fix my hot tub. Shelin worked with me to get the right parts even though it was a brand they don't sell. Shout out to Katie in the Belleville store, she was great to work with super pleasant and helpful every time we talked.We looked into getting a pool with Shelin and even got as far as a deposit when situational changes made us stop moving forward. I was told at that time that I could use my deposit for anything at any time in the future. I've twice now tried to use my deposit for other service only to be told that "we don't do that ". Beware, they are not as upfront and honest as they seem.
