We purchased our hot tub 2 months ago and right from the first time I walked I got the store, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I walked in with zero hot tub knowledge, Amy and Hayley answered every question without making me feel silly for asking.
When delivery day came, they sent extra people to help as our back yard delivery was a bit convoluted and difficult. The team were helpful and kind.
They even recommended an excellent electrician for installation.
Since then, whenever I’ve gone into the store for chemicals or with questions the entire staff have been helpful and knowledgeable. I can not recommend the team at Shelin Pools enough!

We just bought a property from an estate with a pool that had been neglected for years. After battling the 'mud puddle' on our own for a few days I gave up and went to the experts at Shellin Pools (Napanee). As it turns out the gentleman that installed the pool originally was at the store and the knowledgeable staff was able to access the pool history file. I can't express how comforting that level of service and knowledge was to us.Thank you Anthony and the fantastic team at Shellin for brightening my day and ? our pool water ?
