I always have the best time — from the warm greeting, to the offer of drinks and snacks, the friendly atmosphere, and of course, the relaxing scalp massage — what more could you ask for? Rachel is the absolute best and I always leave feeling amazing and I appreciate it so much! You can tell she really cares and loves what she does by the attention she puts into her colouring and styling, but also in how she explains the process to those still learning.
