Hey, I was there today in Bay 3 to the left, and the wand was broken, so the owner/ operator moved me to Bay 1 on the right side, I had already put my credit card in the slot in Bay 3, and selected the $4.00 option - car wash. When I got home, my account was charged $9.95. I did not select the extra services to add up to $9.95. This was not my choice, and I am not pleased as I only used the usual time and left after 4 minutes.I shall try to contact you, as your phone number on the website is not in service.LP

this is a decent car wash, I prefer the touch less wash, been there a few times. My only complaint is that people do not pick proper lanes for touchness vs soft cloth, this sucks especially when there is a line up of cars waiting and then notice someone who just gets there and is able to just pull up and get in because you can't see what's happening at the bays until your closer to the front of the line, very annoying when you spend a good 20 minutes waiting!! There are signs telling you what lane to be in, people just won't read them. Lane 1(outside lane) is for touchless, lane 2 (inside lane) is for soft cloth
