I was out of my town staying in Mount Forest for a week when my van required immediate assistance. It would have been unsafe for me to travel back home. They took my van in as soon as possible and did the repairs as necessary.
Unfortunately, this last time the tech made a mistake. It was explained to me after the repair was completed. I then contacted Cook's and explained what had happened and they offered to completely cover the bill next time I'm in Mount Forest.

We moved to Mount Forest four years ago and immediately my truck broke down. We were referred to Cooks by a local fire captain / former tow operator. Since, my wife has dealt with Cooks direct for her vehicle with oil, tires, emergency maintenance, etc. I let my wife deal directly but was always involved in the background to ensure pricing and service was appropriate for the task(s) at hand. If I could, I'd give 10/5 stars and my wife would do the same. They took her vehicle immediately one morning when we had low oil pressure issues.
