This company was excellent to deal with; I contacted them via their website, & received an immediate response for to book an appt. They were able to come in 3 days' time. The workman, Sam & Josh, were right on time, very professional & helpful. They installed an replacement light fixture in the kitchen that I had purchased. The fluorescent tube that I'd purchased (at recommendation of Home Depot, nothing to do with Waring) was not the correct one. The workmen helped me to do an internet search of the correct product to purchase - very helpful, & necessary, since we're currently on a lock-down, & it's not possible to buy in person, so it's difficult to find the correct...read full review
