Bert's Repair & Towing

I parked my truck on the road down the street from Bert's to check the mail. I returned within 5 minutes and the truck would not start. There was nothing but lots of battery power. I walked into Bert's and asked if it was possible for someone to walk down and take a look. Devon came himself within a few minutes. He quickly diagnosed it as a bad starter motor. He crawled under truck and was able to jump the starter and get the truck running. I drove into his shop and walked home. Within 2 hours I got a call that the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. Work was done well for a fair price! Thanks for taking such good care of me that day!

I highly recommend Devon and Amy , they always take the time to speak with you and listen to your concerns with your vehicle. I like that they call you with findings, sometimes other then what you have requested . I am very great full to have them as my #1 shop to go to. Thank you so Much for your dedication in keeping us all on the road safely . Yours Truly Rudy

I recommend Bert’s to everyone now. The way they truly care about their customers is extremely evident. They’ve gone above and beyond to help us more than once, including searching for a discontinued piece across the country and an emergency tow. They’re fair in their pricing and offer multiple options to ensure it works with your budget.
The shop is also extremely quick and efficient in their work. Devin is respectful, and makes me feel extremely comfortable asking questions, and knowing the shop won’t take advantage of my limited knowledge.

It’s comforting having the peace of mind of having a mechanic we can trust!
