Whether you want a massage or chiropractor this is a great place to go it is also a full gym that you can visit to get a good work out in Mitchell. They also provide dance class for toddlers and up. As well as other events throughout the year, you can visit their website or also check out there Facebook page for future events.
They have everything! I go for chiropractic treatment but they also have massage therapy, physio, personal training and of course a full gym tons of classes even for kids! Oh and a smoothie bar!!! N u can purchase healthy frozen meals. It's always clean always incredibly friendly! I literally and willingly go out of my way just to get treatment here!!!
