Our move with United Van Lines from New Brunswick to Alberta was almost flawless. All through the process, everyone at United Van Lines was helpful, friendly, engaged and professional, and our house contents arrived safely, on time, and without any noticeable damage or breakage. I would have gladly given 5 stars except for the local estimating process, which resulted in our final bill being almost 40% higher than anticipated. In point of fact, our shipment had to be weighed 3 times, with each weight different from the others as well as the estimate, which left us uncertain about what had happened and why it had happened. I recently moved from Ottawa to Fredericton. The experience was very positive. From the quote provided in Ottawa by Cassidy's to the pick up day of the move to delivery in the time frame promised, it was flawless. The drivers/movers were exceptional and very friendly. There was no damage done to anything. The price was a bit lower than quoted and everything was listed clearly on the invoice. I strongly recommend United Van lines, you won't be disappointed.
