I walked into this shop by mistake, thinking it was a different shop, and instead of sending me away, they offered to help despite it being the end of their business day and despite me not having an appointment with them. They rearranged their schedules and worked late to get my brake lights fixed so I could drive safely. The necessary part was ordered, delivered, and installed in under an hour. I appreciate the good service. Thanks.
I have been coming to John Victor's Automotive for over 15 years now. I have brought all my family cars here for service. A family run business that provides good and honest service. I thought it should be about time I write a review for this place. Brought my son's car in about five months ago for what I thought was a bad wheel alignment but it turned out to be really bad tire wear on some cheap tires my son bought causing vibration on the drive. It could have been a bad accident waiting to happen. New tires fixed that issue and my son's car rides smooth again. Went here after an incompetent mechanic from a DIFFERENT garage "discovered" an issue with my car on their computer that they couldn't define, and didn't know how to fix. We called Top Line because it was down the block, open, and had high reviews. They were able to look at my car almost immediately, quickly and accurately diagnose the issue (and were able to clearly explain it to me) within 30 minutes, and solved the problem. The issue didn't require any significant intervention, and they charged us the minimum ($40), which was significantly lower than we were prepared to pay.
