I went to TMS Auto Repair today because on my way home from work yesterday, I heard a metal rubbing sound from the left side of my car. I thought it might be due to worn-out brake pads and needed urgent repairs. I called TMS this morning, and they provided a very reasonable quote. Upon arriving at the shop, Zubair conducted a thorough inspection and informed me that the brake pads were fine. The noise was coming from loosen skid plate. He fixed it in just 10 minutes and charged very reasonable price.He could have easily to replace the brake pads and charge a much higher fee as per my request, but he chose not to deceive customers who are unaware of car issues.
