A friend recommended The Real Tree Masters. An arbourist from the company arrived the next day and made some good recommendations and gave me a quote. He suggested I could call the city to have the fees waived on removing 2 large trees as they were diseased. I couldn't get past the gatekeeper on my 311 call, but Elena (at the Real Tree Masters office) prepared the forms and got the fees waived, a $430 plus tax savings! A very efficient crew of 3 men arrived on time and had most of the work done by that evening. (it was a miserable wet day and they came back later to grind the stumps). It was a very professionally and efficiently done job. I am completely satisfied!

If you need a tree or bush to be taken out of your residence, try Real Tree Masters. They were courteous & very friendly to me. They took my bush away & cleaned the area up very well. Thanks again, Real Tree Masters.

Great experience with the Real Tree Masters. From the site survey, to the two working days, the process was seamless and professional. We chose RTM based on the reviews, and we were not disappointed. We had a tree taken down, and the trunk of another ground-out. Another few tall oaks were dead-wooded and cleaned up. It was a lot of work, but the team was very nice and friendly. We highly recommend the Real Tree Masters, and will be using them again!Services: Tree stump grinding
