The Health First Group is a great place to go to for your Physio needs. I go to see Fahad at the Mississauga location on Matheson to get treatment for my lower back and it helps a lot, especially after prolonged periods sitting on a chair for work or the day after a workout. They provide other great professional services as well such as massage and chiropractor that I would highly recommend! Booking your appointment online also makes it convenient to see what appointments are available.
I finally feel confident that I am on the path to recovery for my Shoulder and Hip pain. LOI has been so quick to analyze and start treatment on areas of my body that have been a concern for many years. Thank you LOI.
