I’ve been coming to Steamul Sauna every Thursday for the past 11 years, and I just realized I’ve never left a review — definitely overdue.
The service here has always been top-notch. In all these years, I honestly can’t recall a single disappointing experience. That kind of consistency is rare and really appreciated.
I’d also like to give a special mention to Vasyl. He’s usually at the front desk — always friendly and positive. This past Thursday, he was covering for a colleague responsible for maintaining the sauna, and he did an excellent job. Steamul Sauna in Mississauga is easily one of the best banya experiences in the GTA if you actually care about proper heat and recovery.
What stands out right away is the temperature quality. The big Russian banya runs at around 96°C, and the smaller one goes up to 110°C — which is rare. Most places don’t get this hot or keep it consistent, but here it’s done right. If you know what a real banya should feel like, this is it.

I had the opportunity to visit Steamul Sauna a few days ago, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The facilities are clean and very comfortable, and the staff are respectful, friendly, and always willing to help. It will definitely be my favorite way to relax on Thursdays after work.
