I’ve been having my hair done by Osman for the past few years, and I’m thrilled to have met him! There aren't enough words to express how amazing Osman is. His skill, recommendations, and patience in understanding exactly what you want are exceptional. He is not only a fantastic professional but also a genuinely wonderful person. It took me a while to find someone I could trust with my hair and Osman has never let me down. I even took my mom for a haircut, and she’s never been this satisfied. Not to forget hes very affordable and does not disappoint. Thank you for consistently providing the best experience!

Booked Osman for a haircut for the first time. He chopped off 6 inches when I mentioned to retain my length and shape the hair with many layers. I am now left with a funny looking haircut that does not suit my face. He knew my hair type, called my face round and intentionally gave me the shortest layer at my nose which curls inwards. He tried to distract me by trying to educate on what I should be using in terms of products and tools. I am embarrassed to go outside and deal with this haircut. His assistant postponed my appt by 30 mins and when I reached 10 mins late being stuck outside the door which needed to be unlocked by his team, he spoke to me rudely and yelled...read full review

WORST PLACE EVER! He booked me and when I showed up for my appointment, he said he cancelled. I drove about an hour for my appointment he is the most unprofessional guy ever. His haircuts are okayish and overpriced and he was utterly rude towards me and my family.
