Excellent communication. I was mistakenly trying to book via email an appointment in Australia. They were so understanding about my stuff up. Shame they don’t have a branch down under or I would definitely use their services.
5 out of 5 stars for sure! we're moving into a new place and had the carpets done. Not only is the service great and everyone should have their carpets cleaned...but Doug was awesome. Transparent, wasn't annoyed at all my questions or me watching the whole process. Plus we totally geeked out at how awesome it is to see a room that still has the pattern in the carpet from the vacuum! Totally recommend these guys. Ask for Doug!
