Every time I come to this location, and even a couple of your other locations, I often feel unwelcome. No one usually greets me when I walk in. I’m a bit of a tomboy, and unfortunately I’ve often felt overlooked.
Today, however, my experience was completely different because of Priscilla. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. She helped me with everything I needed, took the time to make sure I found the right items, and checked that I was completely satisfied before I left.

One of the best locations were help is offered. Meray from Nars Section was super sweet and kind enough to help find the right shade of foundation. She deserves appreciation and recognition for the exceptional customer service. kudos!
