They did my nails fine. But their prices are inconsistent. Sometimes they charge me 5$ extra for a design, sometimes 10$ and this time for a simple design they tried charging me 15$. Mind you the designs I get are always a French or something similar and very minimal on short nails. Obviously doesn’t make sense they need to solidify their prices because this is honestly ridiculous.
I truly believe that how a business handles a concern says a lot about them.
After my previous appointment at this location I reached out to them because I wasn’t completely happy with my nails. I do want to say that the person who originally did them was lovely! I’m just very particular about the shape of my nails, and I think we simply had a little miscommunication.
I was impressed with how kindly and professionally the salon handled my concern. They listened, understood the problem and genuinely wanted to make things right.

Found this spot through instagram, had a hard time booking which nail artist as they all had great reviews. Booked my first visit with Jack and didn’t disappoint. He was quick, fixed my nail shape flawlessly and recommended cat eye for the first time. My nails are absolutely stunning, not one thing I would want to fix. Needless to say Jack is my new local nail artist!!
