Very grateful and relieved to have FINALLY found an honest and reliable mechanic for all my car needs. I have had some horrible experiences in the past and have always been nervous to take my car anywhere, but the care and attention from Sonu and team really put my mind to ease. He took time (on his day off) to go through everything with me, give me the best advice and answer all my questions. He really went above and beyond. He then took care of all the issues on the car as promised, with very fair costs and excellent quality of work. I highly recommend getting car repairs done here. It was my first time at this repair shop and I couldn't be more pleased with their great customer service. They are honest, charge fairly for the repairs and don't push for more repairs than needed. I had an appointment and my car was in the bay right on time which I appreciated. My car is older and showing it's age. I needed new brakes and an exhaust leak fixed. They took the time to fully explain what repairs were needed, what my options were and the cost. Excellent service. We had car troubles in the evening, brought out vehicle into Royal Windsor Auto first thing the next morning (based on online reviews).The reviews were right. I received great service, a full consultation first thing in the morning, a call once my car was diagnosed, and completely repaired the same day to pick up after work (very convenient right beside the GO Train Station).Service was excellent, prompt and fairly priced. Would recommend!
