I had previously used European Auto Body, close to me, to repair my BMW after vandalism. It was the single worst experience I have ever had with a business/service and so when my wife damaged her car I was very jaded about going to a repair shop. Someone suggested I go to Royal, which was a distance away and I'm so glad I did. RICHARD IS THE BEST!!! I had 2 crashes in a year, which was extremely stressful in itself, and issues with my insurance as well. Richard is so patient, kind, helpful and really takes the time to make you feel at ease. I have no knowledge of cars, insurance, or anything and he really takes the time to answer your calls, respond to emails, talk to you in person and whatever else you might need. He's extremely professional, trustworthy and goes above and beyond. Even though this past year and dealing with my car was stressful, he made everything so much better just by being there and reassuring you. The front side of my Tesla Y was heavily damaged. The SMS notifications during the repair process, such as parts were ordered, parts arrived, parts came, parts entered painting, assembly started, were very informative. When I got there, the very helpful behavior of the staff was impressive. When I received my car, it was appreciated that they blasted it with polish and cleaned it carefully inside and outside. Their workshops are very clean and organized, they have many expert craftsmen, I received a fast and quality service.
