Got recommended to Queen’s nails and spa by a friend and decided to check them out—DEFINITELY going to come here more regularly now. Not only is everyone there kind, but the talent is amazing, especially Mindy: her attention to detail to replicate the photo that I showed her was insane. My nails literally look like the press ons you find at a drug store! She suggested I get a chrome finish to make them minimalistic but with a twist. And her suggestion worked out beautifully. Plus I’m going to a wedding so now these will be absolutely perfect. I would like to state the negative review recently posted was not an accurate representation of what happened that day .I witnessed the event and the accusations listed are simply untrue.
The customer was the abusive one in this interaction. The staff was trying ro explain why they recommended not to use the razor on her feet since she has signs of something that could potentially become infected. They did offer an alternative but the customer instead started to berate the nail tech and other staff that tried to explain the issue.
This was also after the bulk of the pedicure was done. So to not pay for the service was actually theft .

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years and they never disappoint! The service is always professional, friendly, and consistent. Vanessa is absolutely amazing — she is so creative and always brings my nail ideas to life every single month. She pays attention to detail and truly cares about her clients. I always leave loving my nails and getting compliments on them everywhere I go. Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for quality work and a welcoming atmosphere!
