I brought my daughter’s Cyber Power desktop to Platinum PC on December 10, 2024 afternoon. The computer was dead and cannot be turned on. Though Sam was working in the middle of some repairs at that moment, he was so friendly and asked me about the issues of the computer. This is the first time I met Sam. Later in the day, Sam called me but I missed his call. I texted Sam back almost until midnight. Surprisingly Sam replied to my message and told me the result of the desktop diagnostic.
