PetSmart at Lakeshore location has been a fantastic experience for my pet and me! Ample parking. The facility is clean and well-organized, many products to choose from and good service.
The trainer worked with (Lexie) was great. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain my dogs behaviour and encouraged questions and provided support.
We will be trying the grooming there soon.

Always in stock the food we need for our golden retriever. I don't even check the availability anymore. It is there! We walk in and pick it up. He gets the treat at the cashier. Life is beautiful!

Every time I come here there's great service. They have a lot of pet food brands that you can choose from. I never tried the grooming service, but it must be good since everytime I see it's almost fully booked. Their employees are very kind and are always ready to help.
