I would like to thank Adam for doing an amazing grooming for my dog. He was patient, listened and gave me great advice for length of fur during the winter months. I appreciate this kind of level of customer service which is very rare to find these days. This was the first time working with Adam and I’m very impressed. Thank you for taking care of my dog with kindness, gentleness and genuine interest. She was very happy too!

The pricing is pretty good and there is a good variety of options for products. But I find that the stocks are often short for the less mainstream products but that is understandable. Service is a hit and missed depending on who you ask for help.

Wanted to write a review for the service I had today with Darrell! Very welcoming, informative, helpful and just such a pleasant vibe to be around. He’s very knowledgeable with reptiles and had very interesting stories about lizards. Which I appreciate because that’s what I have at home! Look forward to hearing more interesting facts and learning more about lizards in the future! He’s an asset to your Petsmart team!
