About Petro-Canada & Car Wash
Petro-Canada & Car Wash is a convenient location with ample space for fueling and a comfortable vacuum area for cleaning cars. Customers often appreciate the focus on earning Petro Points and the smooth, standard experience. The car wash service is generally reliable, with some customers noting that rims are washed—a feature not always available at other locations. Staff members like Abdul are recognized for their kindness and helpfulness, going above and beyond such as retrieving dropped cards even late at night. However, there have been issues with equipment, such as nozzle tips getting stuck in gas tanks, which can cause vapor leaks and trigger engine warning lights. Some customers feel that management should ensure equipment is in good condition and that employees are properly trained to handle such problems. Overall, the location is popular for its friendly staff and good service, despite occasional technical issues.
I've been going to this location for years now without issues. However, I changed cars recently, since then whenever get gas the metal tip near the end of the nozzles get stuck in the gas tank metal filler flap; so I have to use force to remove the nozzle; which caused a vapor leak in fuel the system, and triggerd an engine warning light. I tried using different pumps but the same thing happened every time.I brought up the issue with an attendance/cashier,however he seems clueless to what I was complaining about;not his fault.I, believe it's on management to make sure the equipment are in good condition, and also provide proper training for there employees.
I would like to thank the man who works at Petro canada store. I accidentally dropped the Car wash card and he help me to get it. We waited until midnight to get it as it slows down the car wash as well. He need to stop the car wash and he went to get under to get it himself. His name is ABDUL! He is veru kind worker. I really do appreciate him.
First time use car wash here ,Not a bad experience, everything went smoothly. One thing impressed is it actually washed the rims, which I haven’t seen at other Petro-Canada places did the same.
