Car wash left soap reside all over the car, which quickly hardened and made it impossible to see out the mirror. I drove home and tried to wash it off, when I realised it didn't come off I went back for a refund and was told that there's nothing to be done and I'm wasting time. Will have to wash the car myself to get rid of the residue, better save your time and go somewhere else for a car wash.
I've had a very poor experience at this location. I purchased a season pass, but every time I come to use the car wash, it is closed. In addition, the cashier's attitude has been
consistently rude. I will not be buying a season pass from Petro-Canada again.
I've been going to this location for years now without issues.However, I changed cars recently,since then whenever get gas the metal tip near the end of the nozzles get stuck in the gas tank metal filler flap; so I have to use force to remove the nozzle; which caused a vapor leak in fuel the system, and triggerd an engine warning light. I tried using different pumps but the same thing happened every time.I brought up the issue with an attendance/cashier,however he seems clueless to what I was complaining about;not his fault.I, believe it's on management to make sure the equipment are in good condition,and also provide proper training for there employees.
