They pride themselves on having friendly staff, including Animal Care Experts, who are happy to help customers find the best products for their pets. Shoppers appreciate the variety of options available, including natural litter choices, and find the prices reasonable. The store is conveniently located with parking, making it easy for pet owners to visit.
Never had a problem with any petvalu store. Please continue to support rescue centers and unlike petsmart, they don't sell live pets in filthy conditions. Please bring more canadian products like Stoter hay (from ontario farm) . I had to go to another canadian owned pet store to get this brand.
Great place with a nice selection of pet products and a friendly atmosphere. I also loved seeing the adorable cats waiting to be adopted — it makes the store feel very warm and caring.
