I went to Newsha after I was experiencing severe muscle strains in my back. She helped me by educating me on how important posture is and also adjusted my back. I have felt much better after seeing her and would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with back strains.
Had a great experience for Swedish Massage. Jessica Comeau is the best Massage therapist. Gabrielle is very helpful in appointments and always gives prompt responses. Thank you Natura Wellness Clinic! The only challenge is getting appointments after work hours in evening. Unfortunately evening appointments for massage are only available on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
I have been seeing Dr Alexandra for a while and she is extremely supportive and thorough. She has helped me tremendously to get back on my health journey and I wish her all the best !
