An addition to my original review:
Yesterday Timmy visited to do a toilet installation. I had called the company expecting an inspection and assessment later on this week, but they were available to visit that very day within a few hours. Timmy was very polite, wore shoe coverings inside, and gave me the lowdown with honesty. No upselling or doomtelling my situation. I did need a new toilet which he procured and installed, all within a few hours. Very efficient and he cleaned up the bathroom. Very reliable and honorable service.
