I visited Mr. Lube on July 11, 2026, and once again had a great experience with Marcelo. I’ve been to this location about 3–4 times now, and Marcelo has consistently provided excellent customer service.
He is always professional, patient, knowledgeable, and respectful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I’m comfortable with the service being provided. I never feel rushed or pressured, which I truly appreciate.
Every time I’ve dealt with Marcelo, I’ve left feeling completely satisfied with the service. His professionalism and genuine care for customers really stand out and are a big reason I feel confident returning to this location.
