Julie is the pure definition of what a professional should be! From minute one she has treated us with kindness, respect and consideration. She is extremely knowledgeable and prompt in her responses and has a great way of explaining very complex matters in a way that make it all seem so easy and seamless. All of that, and she's a super great person too. Never made us feel like anything was a bother and had all the patience in the world. It has been a great pleasure working with Julie to secure a mortgage for a new home for my family. Julie is excellent at communicating with us and being transparent, providing several mortgage options for our needs and explaining in detail the different rates and fees. My family and I had a lot of questions for Julie through the process, and she was very fast to answer and provide guidance.
