I have been coming here for a while and they know me quite well. Threading takes about 2 minutes, I got there at 6.50 pm and was turned back when their closing time clearly states 7pm. I am not even a new walk in I am a regular and the 2 minute threading will not cause them to stay longer. Just a bit disappointed that them knowing me did not count for anything for going the extra mile.

I have been going to Navi for over a year now and I have been only going to her ever since. I like a simple clean-up, no fuss type of eyebrows and she delivers that every time.
