Exceptional Service and Honesty!
On Thursday, November 14, 2024, I had a troubling experience with my car—a yellow engine light came on. I initially went to the Honda Service Centre, where I was told I had a catalytic converter issue that would cost $2,500. Shocked by the cost, I decided to visit McDonald’s Service Center nearby for a second opinion.
At McDonald’s, a very kind and professional lady at the reception listened to my issue but mentioned that all the mechanics were busy at the time. I left the center, but shortly after, multiple warning lights lit up on my dashboard. Worried, I returned to McDonald’s and explained the situation to her.

Macronald service center team have been amazing to me and my van. They took it in, took the entire engine out and kept me inform throughout the process. Extremely recommend this place, they are professional and courteous. ❤️
