Matrix did a bathroom renovation for my family this past summer. Prior to starting the job they put down a heavy protective layer from the bathroom right down the hardwood stairs to the front door. I noticed right away they were unhurried in their work focused on quality . Another subcontractor working in our house at the time called in sick upsetting the work schedule. Matrix were very professional and understanding. After the job was completed a few minor issues came up involving some cracked caulking and manufacturing error with the toilet. Rashid at Matrix was absolutely amazing. Our old contractor walked off the job and left deficiencies and an absolutely mess. Rashid came in and fixed everything professionally and in a timely manner. We now only trust him to finish our project.
