Went here for the first time, I had an amazing experience , they were fast , patient, and efficient with providing top tier service and they really made sure my nails looked amazing. All of the workers were super sweet and I highly recommend this place.
I got my wedding nails done by Michelle at Luxy Nails & Spa. She went above and beyond at making my nails exactly match the reference photo and she periodically double checked to make sure that the design on both of my hands matched. I am incredibly happy with how my nails turned out and with the warm customer service and fair prices. Highly recommend!
I got there at 9:40am on. Wednesday. I asked for acrylic oval finger nails and shellac on my toe nails. I showed a picture the French tip with chrome of what I wanted on both my hands and feet.
She forgot the chrome on my toes and I had to remind her. My finger nails look terrible the French tip is 1/3 of my finger nail. I was there for over 3 hours. I didn’t want to be there any longer so I paid the ridiculous price of $161 and left. I’m calling today to ask for my money back or part of it back because I’m so unhappy with my nails. I’m so disappointed with the price, quality and time it took.
