New management is great. Clean and being renovated a bit at a time. Does not take away from the services. Alterations, are reasonable price. No problem with homeless people due to security in plaza.

The friendly owner keeps his place clean, until inconsiderate customers decide to not clean up after themselves.Machines are Quality, never had an issue after 14 months of going there.Also a good spot for alterations.I recommend this place.

Been going here on and off for a few years when our washer/dryer needs to be serviced.Machines are clean, well priced and quick.Open early and closed late.Wished they had more comfortable seating especially when trying to social distance.
