Just brought my car in to Laird, haven’t been here for years since I moved out of the area. Same amazing service from Jay, Bernie and the young guys. I needed a part and rather than make me wait, Bernie drove over to get it for me himself. Great work, fair prices and most importantly they are honest and trustworthy. I will come out of my way to bring my car back here in the future.
Laird Automotive is hands-down one of the best mechanic shops I've ever been to! I have been going to them for years, and the service is always exceptional. The entire team, especially Sheen, is incredibly forward and transparent when describing vehicle issues. There is no confusion, just clear explanations. What I believe sets Laird Automotive apart is the knowledge of their trade. They're often able to spot mistakes made by previous shops, and they always provide solid reasoning to back up their diagnoses. This level of honesty and expertise gives me total confidence in their work. Highly, highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to Laird Automotive for years, and have always had extremely professional and helpful service from Sheen. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and helpful mechanic to come here and ask for him.
