Gemma is honestly the best Zumba instructor I’ve ever had! Her energy is contagious, she’s always smiling, playful, and full of joy. The choreographies are so fun and creative!!! No matter how bad my day has been, going to her class always lifts my mood and makes me feel so much happier. She truly has a gift for making people smile through dance!! :)

I come to this gym anytime I’m in town for work. Well equipped gym for general weight training. Great aerobics room, spin room, and long enough pool to get some laps in. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic gym. I was greeted so warmly by the front desk team, Matthew especially was great. He was friendly and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the gym to have a good workout. A great visit and hopefully many more to come.
