Our oven was locked when my wife tried to cancel an accidental self-clean. We called Jesse because he was close by and because of the 5 star reviews. I can say they're well deserved. He had our oven back up and running in no time, even when we discovered there were additional problems we weren't aware of (the stove-top wasn't working as well). Jesse is prompt, competent, polite and honest. You can't get better than that. Highly recommend. Will use his services again.
I contacted Jesse at 11 am and by 4:30 pm my hot water heater was replaced and heating up. He quoted a far price and stuck to it and arrived at my house exactly when he said he would. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I was referred to Jesse from a family friend. I called because our LG gas oven was no longer warming up. It turns out that the igniter was gone. Jesse was very polite and provided great customer service. He came the very next day and fixed it on the spot which is amazing (just in time for the holidays). I will absolutely use his services again and will refer him to our friends and family. We are ecstatic! Thanks Jesse!
