I received a massage therapy treatment from Jessica a few weeks ago to treat a shoulder injury I had incurred from working out. Jessica provided a thorough consultation, asking important questions about where the pain was located, the level of pain, and paid careful attention to the products she used on my skin due a skin allergy (which was a nice assurance, since it was something I did not expect her to cater to). She worked on my shoulder and my upper back for a duration of 60 minutes, all the while checking in with me to ensure the pressure she was applying was comfortable and that I was not in too much pain. Her space is tranquil and relaxing, and everything was neat, tidy, and organized. COVID-19 protocols and procedures had been carried out before and during my visit, which made me feel safe and comfortable from the time I booked my appointment, all the way through my treatment, until the moment I left the door. More importantly, Jessica's treatment resulted in my shoulder recovering and allowing me to get back to my day-to-day routine. I recommend Jessica's services to anyone who requires massage therapy treatment for an injury, any sort of pain, or if you're looking to unwind and treat yourself to a relaxing hour. Jessica is friendly, highly knowledgeable in her profession and expertise, and has an amazing technique. She's fantastic!!
