Tub was filled with water at anytime when washer was not in use, as a result we were trying to drain it all the time starting the quick wash cycle. I requested a pro service to Home Stars and in no time i received a phonecall from J&J services to get to now the problem and check my washer machine. It was fix very professionaly by Mike in a very short time and he explained what the problem was. Cost was fair and service very efficient!

Our washer and dryer both came down with issues yesterday. I sought help and J&J Electric and Appliancrs replied immediately and came later the same day. The issues were diagnosed. Very experienced. Very professional. Clean and organized. The spare parts we needed were carried with them so it didnt require a repeat visit. Highly recommend the service.

After hiring all kinds of appliance repair people over the years, I am so glad to have found Mike and George who are very knowledgeable, diligent, and hard-working. It is very stressful for families to not have a working appliance. The ability to come in and be able to troubleshoot and identify the problem and solve it very quickly as a skill that is not abundant in our society. It is difficult to find good people that can address these complicated matters as appliances have grown more complex in mechanical complexity. Thank God for Mike and George. They are always welcome in my home.
