I recently brought in an iMac that had missing files after an OS update. They did everything in their power to locate the missing files and even lent me a laptop to use while they had my computer. In the end they weren’t able to recover the missing files but gave me contact info for another file recovery company, and didn’t even charge me for their time. They were awesome, and will be my go-to for any issues in the future for sure!!

Necessary service during these times. Thanks.
Excellent service. The guy is friendly, knowledgeable and gave me realistic timeframe and expectations. He fixed my iPhone 15 Pro earlier than promised (he asked for 4 days but repaired in less than 2 days) and also threw in a couple of favours. He also gave me solid advice on how to prevent bricking it again. Would 100% recommend to anyone facing Apple IPhone issues.

Edit: I also want to add that he didn’t charge for diagnostics and he follows “no fix, no pay” policy. He was also sweet to my wife and kid. Overall a 10/10 experience
