The Brandon office is absolutely awesome. They have so much knowledge and they are so helpful. I highly recommend them. We have had other hearing aids from a company downtown which don’t return call and there customer service is nothing like hearing life.
Have visited HearingLife for several years now and have found their service to be exemplary. The customer service experience provided by Shahid and his staff is second to none and as such are highly recommended by this customer.
Shahid the audiologist is very patient and takes time understanding the problem Got Hearing Aid recently from them and they are making sure that the adjustments are done properly even if it means many appointments. Also Shahid is very professional and no sales pressure to purchase from them.The receptionist Nicole is also very good at responding with messages. Would recommend them
