They gave me to 12pm appointment only to go and find out they are closed and they take lunch from 12 to 1pm. Why are you give me an appointment when you are taking lunch, this is just not professional

I just had a frightfully bad experience with the receptionist who seems to take no consideration of requests or polite conversations. She is extremely rude and raises her voice. I would never go to this place at any rate.

I need a more in-depth test for my BPPV and my physiotherapist sent me to this testing centre through my family doctor as an MD referral is required. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and Melissa, Audiologist, who performed my tests was very nice, attentive and caring. During the tests, she explained the test procedures step by step and when I shared my concerns with her she listen to them and gave me proper advice. These two individuals made my visit very present. Thank you, guys, and two thumbs up to these staff members!
