Love coming to Health in Hands, their facilities are clean and welcoming. I've been coming to see Kate for massage therapy since 2019, she is wonderful. Mel is also an amazing osteopath. They are so friendly and great at what they do! Would highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Health in Hands for quite a few years and my experiences have always been stellar!

Every healthcare provider not only does their expected therapy in their particular line of work, but they ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure that your concerns are heard, validated, and worked on. There’s no shaming or accusation if one hasn’t kept up with their stretches (sorry Melanie! 😂) and they meet you as you are and work with you to help you meet your goals and expectations.
